Today is my 1st Fathers Day without my Dad. Now I’m not going to get on social media crying about” man I miss my Daddy” and doing all that crying in ish, because I’m going to wait till I get off social media and go in my closet and cry like a real man. Now before I do that I want to thank my Dad for giving me the tools, skill and love to be a great Dad. I also want to thank all my uncles,cousins and friends for helping reinforce that special skill. I want to thank my kids for choosing me to be there Dad( believe it or not they do choose us) I want to thank the mothers who also choose me to be apart of the co-creation of these awesome humans. And I want to thank the mothers who choose me to stand in the gap when fathers could not be available. Happy Fathers Day to all the real men who take the business of being fathers seriously. Now I’m going to go play my favorite game on Father’s Day. It’s called “ Which kid is going to call me 1st” followed by my 2nd favorite game. “ Which kid called me last so I can judge them until next Father’s Day” Let the games begin!
