Creating the ultimate salsa! Lacto-fermented salsa is what's on the menu this week. With our temperatures soaring, this ferment should go pretty quick, it should be ready by tomorrow. Proving treats can be super healthy! All my ingredients came from Flint City at our fabulous farmers market

Delicious food, a magical location, and some of my all-time favorite people add up to the perfect summer evening. Jake Reed and Chris Burbank, thank y'all for sharing your beautiful home and gardens with all of us. It was truly a magical evening!
