Haven Teens is a space just for teens—a place where you can show up exactly as you are and not feel judged. Life can get overwhelming sometimes, and you don’t have to deal with it alone.

At Haven, we talk about real stuff—stress, anxiety, friendships, family, identity, hard seasons, and everything in between. It’s a peer-led group where you can share if you want, listen if you need, and know you’re not the only one feeling what you’re feeling.

This is a space to be heard, to feel understood, and to find people who get it. No pressure, no pretending—just real connection, support, and encouragement.

This isn't therapy - just a relaxed, judgement free space where parents can talk openly, share challenges, celebrate wins or simply just listen to other parents who "get it".

Our goal is to build connection, offer encouragement, empathy and understanding. Every voice matters and your experience is valued.
