In the Atlanta area, so many homes sit on "untapped potential" right beneath the main floor. We just wrapped up a high-end, private retreat for a local family—transforming their basement into a modern, code-compliant Multi-Generational Living Suite.

🛠 The Transformation Highlights:

Elevated Ceilings: Rerouted HVAC to the perimeter, clearing ceiling space to remove the "basement" feel.

Modern Comfort: Replaced old paneling with proper insulation and brand-new drywall for a sleek, cozy finish.

Enhanced Entry: Created a dedicated vestibule with a new exterior awning, lighting, and internal double-door access.

Improved Flow: Rebuilt stairs to modern code and removed restrictive wing walls to open the transition between levels.
Bright & Clean: Installed LED pancake lighting throughout for a consistently bright, welcoming atmosphere.

💔 Our hearts are heavy.
Our dear friend and long-term craftsman, Oscar, has lost everything in a devastating house fire — his home, his belongings, his tools, his work vehicles, his materials… and all of his family’s personal savings.

If you know Oscar, you know he’s the first person to show up when someone needs help. Whether it’s fixing something at your home, lending a hand with your car, or simply offering a smile — he’s always there. He is the sole provider for his family, and now he’s facing the unimaginable.

To make matters even harder, Oscar did not have insurance, so there will be no assistance to help them rebuild.

We have started a GoFundMe account (see link in comments) to help Oscar, his wife Tina, and their three children — Sam, Max, and Jesus — begin rebuilding their lives. The funds raised will go directly toward replacing essential belongings, tools, and materials so Oscar can get back to work and continue supporting his family.
