Greater Decatur Chapter of Credit Unions

It's a great day when you get to Lunch & Learn with Libby Calderone, President & CEO of Illinois Credit Union League. We had an amazing lunch provided by South Side Country Club and we learned so much about what is going on in the legislative, legal, and advocacy space in Illinois!

Some of our chapter board members helped us celebrate CU Kind Day for this year by shopping for items on DOVE’s community wishlist and paying for coffee at Coffee Connection. It’s such a great time when we get to interact and give back to our community!

What is the mission of Day?

To bring credit union movement together on a single day with the
purpose of inspiring authentic and high-energy conversation about
why we love our credit unions.

This Day, ICUL is directly supporting our three
Illinois CMN hospitals with $5,000 each, aiming to inspire a nationwide
wave of localized giving alongside the global celebration of why we
love our credit unions. We're sharing our initiative as a model for your
league to empower your state's credit unions to support their local
CMN hospitals using the resources available on the CMN website.
Let's collectively amplify our community impact!

For Day we want to celebrate not only credit union employees, but our members as well! We do this for you!
