Immerse yourself in a Reiki-Empowered Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with salt therapy.

This intimate, small-group healing session blends the deeply restorative frequencies of sound therapy with personalized Reiki in a serene Himalayan salt room. Guided by Certified Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner Felicia Holden, this experience is designed to calm the nervous system, restore energetic balance, and support deep relaxation.

You will be surrounded by the resonant vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, intentionally curated to encourage release, clarity, and energetic cleansing. Throughout the session, Felicia will also provide gentle, individualized Reiki attention to areas of the body that may need extra support, enhancing the sound healing journey with focused energetic care.

Participants will rest comfortably on thick yoga mats with blankets, pillows, and bolsters provided. Comfortable clothing is encouraged, along with any personal items that support your ease and comfort. The experience concludes with a grounding cup of tea to gently integrate the session.
