Are you up for The Push-up Clock Challenge? After class we tried this challenge and it was hard. You have to do the number of pushups that are represented on each number of the clock. Men have to do a hop with their hands to make it to the next number. Women can just move by sliding the hands over. Did we make it? You have to see for yourself.
