Another successful Radner Design project!

New affordable housing opens in Springfield An old auto factory in Springfield now has new purpose and it’s the latest space to turn into affordable housing in our area.

I attended the groundbreaking ceremony today Holy Cross family Ministries of today in Easton, MA. The ministry is dedicated to the power of prayer and families. A dramatic plan includes a new vehicular entry sequence and parking, new building entry vestibule, European style plaza, and a contemplative rosary path through the woods. This $5M project will be largely complete next fall. A variety of approaches to planting, from formal parterres to naturalized meadows and rain gardens.
