Congratulations to our newest Caritas Coach's from the Cohort 4 of the Kaiser Permanente CCEP Program!
A new class of Caritas Coaches has entered the world 🪷
These practitioners didn't just complete a program. They committed to a way of being within their practice, with their colleagues, and with every patient in their care.
The Caritas Coach Education Program (CCEP) is one of the most transformative journeys in Caring Science. Grounded in Jean's Theory of Human Caring, it prepares nurses and healthcare leaders to carry compassion as a discipline and to spread in their practice.
This cohort did the work. They sat with the hard questions. They opened themselves to growth. Now they carry the Caritas Coach credential into their organizations, their communities, and the world.
