➡️ INCLUSIVE
You need to create an authentic culture of inclusivity before it becomes part of your recruiting advantage in the market. You can’t attract women without women in roles. Being willing and capable of inclusivity is different that being inclusive.
➡️ FLEXIBLE
We see this word thrown around so often to describe a culture that it’s lost its meaning. Take the time to understand and articulate what flexible actually means in your organization. Keep in mind that flexibility means different things to different people, too.
