When I started this journey, my goal wasnât simply to lose weightâit was to become healthier, stronger, and protect the muscle Iâve worked so hard to build.
In the last 68 days:
⨠Down 15.4 lbs
⨠Body fat down 2.4%
⨠Visceral fat decreased
⨠Skeletal muscle percentage increased
⨠Strength in the gym continues to improve
As someone navigating perimenopause, I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when youâre doing âall the right thingsâ and still not seeing the results you deserve.
For years, I focused on the fundamentals:

Those habits are still the foundation. The difference is that I finally found additional support that works with my body instead of fighting against it.
This journey isnât about being skinny.
Itâs about feeling stronger, healthier, having more energy, and building a body that will carry me through the next several decades.
