68 days. 15.4 pounds. But the scale only tells part of the story. 💪❤️

When I started this journey, my goal wasn’t simply to lose weight—it was to become healthier, stronger, and protect the muscle I’ve worked so hard to build.

In the last 68 days:
✨ Down 15.4 lbs
✨ Body fat down 2.4%
✨ Visceral fat decreased
✨ Skeletal muscle percentage increased
✨ Strength in the gym continues to improve

As someone navigating perimenopause, I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when you’re doing “all the right things” and still not seeing the results you deserve.

For years, I focused on the fundamentals:
🏋️ Strength training
🥗 Prioritizing protein
😴 Sleep
💧 Hydration

Those habits are still the foundation. The difference is that I finally found additional support that works with my body instead of fighting against it.

This journey isn’t about being skinny.
It’s about feeling stronger, healthier, having more energy, and building a body that will carry me through the next several decades.
