AeroCore X is looking for an office assistant to help maintain office efficiency and provide support to management staff. This position will work closely with management in the maintenance of company records, financial documents and customer accounts, as well as general office duties like filing documents, answering phones and ordering frequently-used supplies. This position involves various responsibilities and requires flexibility and a willingness to take the initiative to learn business acumen and terminology.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: High School diploma or GED required. A 2 or 4 year degree in a field preferred. 3-4 years office experience in a manufacturing environment required. Proficient in MS Office. Experience using office equipment such as printer, scanner, phone systems.
