One of the biggest misconceptions about microneedling is that it is extremely painful, leave you bleeding, or require a lot of downtime to be effective. ✨

These photos were taken immediately after treatment and you can see she has some pinkness but not bleeding or extremely red. A little pinpoint bleeding can be completely normal, but more isn’t always better. And during your treatment the whole time it is painless!

Microneedling works by creating a controlled injury to stimulate your skin’s natural healing response and encourage cell turnover + collagen production. The goal is intentional treatment—not overworking the skin.
