The Brown Plaza launched the 5 de Mayo festivities yesterday with a vibrant parade and musical performances. Today join the community wide celebration brought to you be the Brown Plaza Association, a non profit organization dedicated exclusively to helping keep the community involved in cultural events. Free for the public.
