Below is the link to the City of Del Rio Ordinance regarding Cross Connection Control and Prevention.
Of key importance is the following: "All commercial/residential backflow prevention assemblies shall be caused to be inspected and the test report must be filed with the city... a minimum of once a year." Failure to do so is cause for a fine not to exceed $1000, as well as all other criminal and civil remedies.
