To our customers:

If you experience damage from the storm:
• Make any temporary repairs needed to prevent further or worsening damage.
• Save your receipts.
• If anything is damaged and must be disposed of for safety reasons, please take multiple photos to provide to your adjuster upon their visit.

HURRICANE DORIAN

As Hurricane Dorian approaches, we are preparing for any and all claims situations. Make sure that you save or otherwise flag this email in the event of a claim. Below are the claims hotline numbers for all of our carriers. We advise that you call your carrier's line directly so that the claim can be filed immediately. Between now and Friday, if you do not know who your carrier is, please email or call our office (386-734-0800) and we can give you all of your policy information.

Additionally, Ross and Doni can be reached after the storm. If you have any questions regarding your existing coverage you can email or call, but be aware that at this point NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE regarding coverage. We are expecting a high call/email volume, so please leave a detailed voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Find your carrier's name and number (as well as information like policy numbers) and store it in your phone now. Also, consider taking photos or videos of your properties on your cell phone at this time as a means of reference in the case of a potential claim and take steps to mitigate any damage.
