Tryouts for the Atomic teams begin this week!💪⚛️🥎

What a week for Elliana Wothers at Nationals!💪🥎

Elli stepped up in every role her team needed as they finished 5th out of 30 teams at Nationals. During Saturday’s bracket play, she pitched in all four games, earning two wins and a save. She finished the tournament with a 4-0 record in four starts and one save over seven appearances.

She also came through in some HUGE moments at the plate, including a go-ahead grand slam in bracket play and a leadoff double that sparked a six-run comeback rally.

Elli, I’m incredibly proud of you! You’ve worked tirelessly to become a better player this season. From the day we met, you’ve been incredibly kind and caring, but don’t let that ever be mistaken for weakness. On the field, you’ve shown the heart of a lion. Keep believing in yourself because the best is still ahead!!🚀🚀🚀

👀🫣😬Hazel Peck pitched 3 complete games in the tournament striking out 52 batters and allowing just 1 hit in her 18 innings!!🥵🔥❤️‍🔥

I had the opportunity to take part in the first ActionTypes® Fundamentals course held in the United States, and it was an incredible learning experience.

Every athlete moves, learns, and responds differently. ActionTypes helps coaches better understand those differences rather than trying to fit every athlete into the same system.

I’m incredibly grateful to Black Cat Fastpitch, Coach Jen, and Coach Kim for their friendship and for including me, and to Bertrand and Mathis for generously sharing their knowledge and creating such a meaningful experience.

Great weekend in the circle and at the plate for 12u pitcher Allie Ursone!!👏🤩

She posted a 0.00 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 8⅓ innings on the weekend while also batting .600 with a .750 OBP 😤🧨

Allie came into pitch the top half of the final inning of her championship game and struck out all 3 batters faced!! She followed it up with a leadoff single in the bottom half to start a big comeback rally!! Proud of the work she’s putting in!!💪💪💪

Congrats to 12u pitcher Madeline Behan who had an awesome Birthday weekend and brought home some more hardware!!🎂🥳

Saturday she pitched a shutout for her Birthday, and on Sunday she had her second ever (3 pitch) immaculate inning!!🔥🔥

Congrats to the 11u interboro boys on a great run at their districts, and on qualifying for states!!👏👏
