Hit a 2-2 interval run this morning. It’s a start! It’s been a long time but I know I can work my way back to running a 5k and eventually even a 10k.

I felt so much better getting up today, compared to Monday. Obviously there is still tons of work to do, but this is progress. So get up and move that body and Own the day gang!
