a little about me

I started many years ago like most sugar producers in their back yard . And have been at it ever since. I think i drive my wife and kids nuts with it lol but they support me on it. It is as a labor of love and passion. Anyone who has tried making syrup understands what kind of work is involved . Every year i try to improve on something. I might not be a big producer but i take great pride in it and the work i do. I try and do stuff with kids and school and maple syrup teaching them about maple syrup etc .
