Cardio is on for Thursday. I forgot I had a meeting on Tuesday so regular schedule for next week
The dojo will be closed tonight due to the impending storm. Be safe everyone.
Today’s challenge:
Russian twists. 25 right 25 left 25 alt.repeat two more times with fifteen second rest in between. Using penalty box put one foot in left and right window.
30 second planks w/ 10 sec break repeat three more times. If using the penalty box, put one hand in each of two “windows”
Triangle the penalty box- put at your feet so that you can pass your feet at end of triangle.
Leg lift left right for twenty times.
