Another reason to consider non pharmaceutical treatment for depression and anxiety. Although the researchers say it's too early to draw firm conclusions, why take the chance? Also, these drugs have been on the market for more than 37 years. Why are they just studying this now? Caution: do not abruptly stop your antidepressants. That is very dangerous. Taper gradually under the supervision of your physician.
