How I find buyers for other Agents listings:

Preview all active listings and become familiar with the properties in a neighborhood.
Learn EVERYTHING about the inventory in the surrounding area.
Hold an open house for another agent’s listing in that neighborhood.
When unrepresented buyers show up, learn about them. (Wants, needs, & critical needs)
