A 60 minute heated vinyasa practice for all levels. This rigorous class is the perfect mid day, Monday inspiration.
🔥FRIDAY’S
🙏🏼6:30-8pm
Hatha to Raja
90 minute heated class
All levels welcome!
🍃The first half focuses on Hatha Yoga Asana where we typically hold for a minimum of 5 breaths. We focus on proper alignment of the foundational postures while building strength, endurance and flexibility.
🍃In Raja - which is the 2nd half of class we hold the postures for a longer period of time in a yin like fashion.
-we disengage our muscles
-relax, restore and release
-Surrendering to gravity
-We are working into the connective tissues of both body and mind without stretching or using force.
Both classes are IN ADDITION To our daily non heated programming.

April shares “Yoga found me in January, 2020.
I completed my 1st 200 Hr TT March 2021 at Serenity Den Yoga in GA before moving to Delray Beach in May, 2021. I lived in GA all my life before moving to FL.
I then completed a 100 hr Anuttara Vinyasa TT with Frankie Arata in August, 2021.

April has been teaching consistently since 2022 when I started teaching with Elevated Living.
When April is not on the mat, she loves spending time out in nature.
