Chef Dee is all about "Cooking with Confidence" and she's on a quest to take your skills in the kitchen to new heights!
Dee is a Chef and culinary educator who has appeared as a regular guest chef on Lifetime Television's "The Balancing Act" and previously on NBC's South Florida Today Show. Dee teaches culinary classes at the Miami Culinary Institute and has hosted cooking demonstrations at Williams-Sonoma, Macy's, and ABC Fine Wine. She's the Executive Chef/owner of Lennox Catering since 2001. Her versatile company serves South Florida's tri-county area, catering a variety of events, from elegant dinners and corporate luncheons, to birthday bashes and family reunions. Known for her delicious international dishes and inspired presentations, Dee brings a spirit of culinary adventure to the South Florida food scene. Whether its spicy dishes from her adventures in India or unique wine pairings from her travels to Oregon Wine Country, we continue to experience the world through Dee, one bite at a time! Her passion for teaching and endearing personality continues to fuel her rising popularity. Her promotional credits include George Foreman Grills, Farberware, Chicken of the Sea, and Glory Foods. She is a native of Trinidad & Tobago.
Personal Interests: Dee resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has 3 children and a hungry husband. When she's not cooking up a storm in the kitchen or chasing the young ones, she's busy loving up on her church family and tending to her hydroponic garden.
