MPES Green Program

Aftercare art mural students in the "Brushstrokes" club chose the wetlands for the Wyland "Water is Life" art mural contest in October 2010.

Become part of history in the making here at Morikami Park Elementary as we raise $45,000 through private and corporate sponsorships to create an outdoor learning area for students to be completed in the 2012-13 school year. The learning area will include a concrete nature path, and a 30’x30’ concrete learning area surrounded by Pine Flatwood, Oak Hammock and Wetland habitats as well as a Bird and Butterfly garden.
