Get ready for lots of posts about this conference 😂 I’m obviously very excited about it.
I ran into many beautiful souls from the past!
Withney and I completed our Bachelors and Masters program together! We were partners in crime in many projects for different classes. We kept each other motivated in moments of overwhelm by all the school work. It’s so nice to be able to catch up. She is now a professor at FAU, the same university we graduated from! So great to see her educating the new generation of Social Workers/Mental Health Clinicians.
Also was able to reconnect with FAU alumni! Go owls 🦉
To be flexible is to survive in a world that is full of surprises. Trust me I struggle with this daily however, the more I practice emotional flexibility, the easier it becomes! It’s like a muscle. Give it a try 💕🌈

Comparison is a thief of joy.

Use these moments to look within and with CURIOSITY explore what about this situation or person is mirroring to you what you would like to have. Or maybe it is showing you the limited belief systems you have about what you believe you can have for yourself.
We all go through seasons in life. Some seasons of contraction (returning to the self, reflecting, resting, processing).
Some seasons of expansion…. Pushing your own boundaries, getting out of your comfort zone.
If you find yourself in expansion right now, try to have fun while exploring how you show up in different situations!
Lean into it!
Reminder to lean in with curiosity rather than judgement.
