Double crop soybeans ✅🌱

One of the benefits of growing wheat is the opportunity to harvest three products from the same acre in a single season.

First, we harvest the wheat. Next, we bale the straw. Then it’s time to get the planter rolling and put double crop soybeans in the ground.

One question we get every year is why we plant them with a 30-inch planter if we are trying to get the beans to canopy as fast as possible. The answer is simple: we plant the field twice. The second pass offsets the rows and turns our 30-inch planter into 15-inch soybeans.
