Expect an uptick increase this year - take care when outdoors!
To help prevent tick bites, treat clothing and equipment with products that contain 0.5% perm.
Use insect repellents when you go outdoors. Repellants containing DEET, picaridine, IR3535 or a little bit of lemon eucalyptus oil, as well as para-mentane-diol products, provide the best protection.
