In the early morning hours of July 31, 2022, 17-year-old Mackenzie Shirilla was behind the wheel of her Toyota Camry, driving her 20-year-old boyfriend Dominic Russo and their 19-year-old friend Davion Flanagan home from a high school graduation party in Strongsville, Ohio.
