Our shelter is out of space. In July alone:
🐾107 calls from families wanting to surrender pets
🐾8 surrender emails
🐾We had to turn away 34 dogs and 16 cats 💔

Every day we hear desperate pleas, but we have no more room.

Shepherd is a fun loving affectionate boy who just needs a calm person/family that enjoys: walks, playing ball & working on specific barrier reactivity. Also, enjoys most other dog’s company.

Shepard is looking for a special foster! After spending time with one of our training partners this cutie is ready to practice his skills in a home setting. Shepard is
* Just under 40 lbs
* Minimal shedding
* House trained
* Crate trained
* Dog friendly
* Kids 12+
* Leash trained

Shepard's ideal home:
* In the DFW area
* Experienced dog owner who can continue to follow protocols from his trainer to help Shepard respect barriers

Shepard's foster will get a lot of one on one help from his experienced foster mentor and his trainer, and will also have the option to adopt Shepard if all goes well.
