EMT LAW Future Lawyers Internship Program

And we're back!! The 2025 Spring Class of the EMTLAW Future Lawyers Internship Program ("FLIP") has sprung!!

A time was had at the UTA Pre-Law Banquet last night! I was so proud to be able to recognize the Inaugural students of the EMTLAW FLIP Program! So many of my current and former interns received accolades, scholarships, and awards. I am peacock proud of them! I can't wait to see how bright their futures will because they chose FLIP the switch!!

Today is the day, people!! Exercise your right to vote 🗳! One simple act, huge impact!!

Shout out to the FLIP Interns who assisted with my campaign kick-off!!

The FLIP Students and Attorneys are having a blast!! The students are gaining valuable hands-on legal training and the attorneys are getting assistance in their busy law practices!

I am so excited to launch the inaugural class of the EMT LAW Future Lawyers Internship Program ("FLIP"), in conjunction with the phenomenal Pre-Law Program at The University of Texas at Arlington. FLIP pairs students with attorneys/law firms in the DFW area who could use their assistance in their busy law practices, and who want to shape the future of the legal community. At the same time, the student interns gain invaluable, hands-on training in various practices areas in the legal field, as well as class credit. Thank you so much to the attorneys who have signed on to be apart of this awesome opportunity! The students are already raving about their experiences so far!
