Closet space is important to many home buyers. Make your closets look bigger during an open house by removing half of the contents and organizing what’s left!

Mud rooms are one of the spaces that buyers have on their want list, but not every house has room to create one. Here’s a couple of ideas. I think the closet turned mud room is really cool…..what do you think?
