CK Backyard Farm

I dont know what we thought was going to happen when she started her nest. We knew but we just kept putting it off. We were going to switch some of the fertile duck eggs with chicken eggs but we are just so busy 😅 then all of a sudden one morning there were little chirps coming from that side of the yard 🦆

These babies are the first babies ever born on the farm 🫶🏽

They are a mix of Swedish Yellow and a Muscovy Male so they are actually infertile and will not be able to produce (thank goodness). We are deciding if we want to keep maybe two and give the others to a Better home with more space 🤍 but for now, we’re letting Jerry be a mom 🥹🥹🥹🥹
