Hey hey my Denver Peps… we have a store front headshop on Mississippi & Federal.

We are revamping our shop & have room to share space with someone interested in having a store front & saving on expenses by sharing the cost of the commercial expenses.

Our shop is already approved for retail zoning. We are working on moving stuff around to make room for someone who wants to setup shop with us. We are open to 1-2 different businesses depending on what it is.

We are opening to any type of business but in time we may get the store front licensed to add a tattoo artist & piercer… but that’ll take time with the City of Denver.
