We are so grateful we have made it to another year with the community. We are rolling into our 8th month of this community space with some amazing events.

First up, a new monthly offering! Join and every third Sunday beginning 1/15 for POC Yoga at 12:30p

is holding it down with a new moon gathering and shadow + scream therapy this month. And we just adore every event of hers.

is bringing us another brand new offering on final Friday with some yummy Yoga Nidra on 1/27 at 5:30p

And last but certainly not least and definitely very fun is bring her skills and expertise with an arm balance and inversion workshop on 1/28!

A LOT has gone down in our q***r community since last circle and the holidays are around he corner. Let’s concrete a cozy space to hold each other.

What is a “healing circe” The practice of coming together in circles to talk and share is as human as can be. Our ancestors sat around fires and center pieces sharing experiences, wisdom and food. The idea behind a healing circle is that each participant is thought of as an equal, bringing their own unique medicine to the group.

Healing happens in relationship with other. Healing happens when we are witnessed. This healing circle invites you to be a part of the community, where you can be witnessed and offer the medicine of witnessing others.
