Warriors, I am beyond excited for us to take this journey of fitness acceleration and mindset elevation together.
As Feb 7th is approaching fast. Attached you will find a checklist of items needed not only for the coming 8 weeks but for the new life lasting habits you will create.
In addition, to the checklist. The below 5 principles will need to be followed to ensure success in the program. I have also decided to add daily notes, recommendations, and recipes. All things that can be used even after the program. These will be shared regularly with closed facebook group. It is not for the general public, only participants in this cohort.
You can expect to see calendar invites go out over the next few days for your bi weekly meetings, weekly mindset class, and virtual group workout. In addition, you will have access to a daily checklist for workouts, step tracking, and food protocol. You will be expected to check off these items. I will provide access to the program prior to Tuesday.
