In partnership with CommonSpirit Health, Nuveen, a TIAA company, Perkins&Will, XL Construction, and CIBC US, the new outpatient clinic and surgical facility will feature:

- 5 state-of-the-art operating rooms
- Extended-hours urgent care
- Comprehensive specialty clinics
- Advanced imaging & infusion services
