The most underrated spot in the Fitness Center? It might just be the Stretch Area.
Most of us are pretty good at making time for the workout itself. The stretching part? That's usually where we start cutting corners.
But spending just a few extra minutes here can help you move better, feel less sore, recover more comfortably and get more out of your next workout.
Not the flashiest part of the gym but definitely one of the most valuable.
