I Was A Skeptic of Chakra Balancing...And Then I Tried It I didn't know what to expect after a chakra balancing session. But I never thought it would change my life in the ways it did.

2021 was... a year that cannot be summed up in a few words

It felt like a lot of us were in this limbo period where we could see what we wanted for the future, or knew a change was coming, but it had not quite manifested yet

A lot of transition and building blocks

I think for 2022 we will see that limbo / transition period turning in to action.
⁣
New paths in life, careers, opportunities

Did you know that there is now data out there on what has transpired from "The Great Resignation"?

12.7 million people quit their jobs just in the months of July through September alone.

There are 500,000 more self employed workers than there were at the start of the pandemic
⁣
New applications for federal tax ID numbers jumped 56% since 2019. (That is a *huge* increase of people starting their own businesses)

In September 2019, Etsy had 2.6 million active sellers. It now has 7.5 million

I think we will continue to see major shifts in the work force as people become more independent and take control of how they make their income and live their lives

Even though the last couple years have been incredibly destructive, it has also been a fascinating time to watch what is being built from that destruction

I am personally taking steps to not be tied down to a brick and mortar business and offer *new* remote services so I can work with people all over the world and be able to work from anywhere I want to

A few weeks ago I was not feeling great physically or emotionally. My cycle was incredibly off (like more than two weeks off). I could tell my hormones were out of whack. There was quite a bit of personal stress happening at that time for me which, as most women know, will only mess our cycles up more. There was such an imbalance happening inside my body that my skin hurt just from a light touch.

The "emotional body" and womb (the sacral chakra) are all connected. Meaning, as women we tend to hold a lot of emotion in our womb space. It makes sense why emotional stress will manifest physically as reproductive imbalances.

I was really on top of my self care last month because of the personal stress that I had going on, but no matter what I tried I could not get my cycle to start.

Then the lightbulb went on

"Ding! Hey Liv you have this wonderful person who works out of your office on Sundays and provides a service called Vibrational Womb Waves specifically for womb issues like this!!! Helloooo"

So I booked my appointment with in our office and went in for a session in the evening.

It was powerful!!

As she placed the singing bowls along my back and started playing them, the vibration from the bowls almost immediately brought on an emotional release. I knew I needed it.

Then the deep relaxation came as the vibration from the singing bowls created a total full-body sound wave activation in my body.
⁣
For the remainder of the session I was face up and the bowls were placed along my abdomen and womb space. I could feel the vibration of the singing bowls and tuning forks moving stagnant physical and emotional energy.

The results? My cycle started The. Next. Morning. That's 12 hours later 🤯
