The Fit Dr Program
I help moms over 30 lose 10-20 lbs and get STRONG so they can feel confident in their bodies without sacrificing family time or their favorite foods.
How to Tell If You’re Lifting Heavy Enough 👇🏼
If every set feels easy, your body has no reason to change.
One of the biggest mistakes I see women make is stopping a set the moment it gets uncomfortable. But if you finish your workout feeling like you could’ve done 5-10 more reps every set, you’re probably not creating enough stimulus to build muscle, boost your metabolism, or change your physique.
A good rule of thumb:
✅ The last 2-3 reps should feel challenging
✅ You should feel like you might have 1-2 reps left in the tank
❌ You shouldn’t finish thinking, “That was way too easy.”
“Toning” isn’t a special type of workout. Building muscle is what creates the lean, defined look most women are after.
If you’re tired of guessing how hard you should be training, I put together a free Foundations of Strength resource that walks you through the basics of strength training, progressive overload, and building a stronger body.

My coaching isn’t for everyone.
It’s for the woman who’s tired of knowing what to do but struggling to do it consistently.
The woman who’s accomplished in every area of life except her health.
The woman who’s ready to stop guessing and start following a plan built for her.

The biggest mistake I see moms make?
Trying to train like someone who doesn’t have kids.
Most fitness advice online is built for people whose schedules, stress levels, sleep, and recovery are completely different from yours.
You’re not failing because you lack motivation.
You’re struggling because you’re trying to force a plan into a life it wasn’t designed for.
As a mom, you’re managing interrupted sleep, mental load, family responsibilities, hormone fluctuations, and a schedule that can change in an instant.
That doesn’t mean you can’t get strong.
It doesn’t mean you can’t lose fat.
It doesn’t mean your goals are out of reach.
It means you need a plan that works with your life instead of against it.
The moms who see lasting results aren’t the ones doing the most. They’re the ones doing the right things consistently.
Train smarter.
Recover better.
Build strength that supports your life.
Because motherhood changes a lot of things but it doesn’t mean you stop becoming the strongest version of yourself. 💪🏼❤️
