Big news from the Cordova family: we just launched a franchise brand called Chubbs so we can finally bring our food beyond Colorado. Same green chili. Same smothered fries. Same hand-rolled standards. Same family in the kitchen.

Think of Chubbs as the sister brand to your Chubbys. Built specifically so we can open in new cities without changing a single recipe. If it's not Cordova-approved, we're not putting it out.

Chubbys isn't going anywhere. Denver, North Westminster, South Westminster — same crew, same green chili you've been showing up for since 1967. Promise.

But if you've ever told a friend in another state "you HAVE to try this place when you visit" — soon you might not have to wait for them to visit.
