Our Tenants are allowed and encouraged to add on new “virtual brands” to their existing menu to increase the number of dishes that they can sell for delivery or pick-up.

We have an ideal, easy access South Denver location with free parking to help our tenants sell pick-up orders that they make more profit on. It’s a short distance from Wash Park, Cherry Creek, DU and the Golden Triangle neighborhoods. Eventually, diners will be able to choose from up to 20 different menus 📒
