We've been getting a lot of questions about roof warranties lately. Here's the breakdown:

Material warranty = covers defects in the shingles themselves (usually 20-50 years depending on brand)
Workmanship warranty = covers installation issues (this is on us, and we stand behind it)

A lot of companies offer great material warranties but won't touch workmanship. At On-Point Exteriors, we warranty both. Because we know our installs are solid, and we're not going anywhere.

If something goes wrong, we fix it. That's the promise.
