Join Alana Foy, RYT, Reiki Practitioner, and Owner/Founder of WNTR ROSE for an introduction to Reiki. This 90 minute exploration will include practical applications for Reiki, along with specialized techniques including integrative breath work, and guided meditation to radically reboot your nervous system.
