I will continue to share valuable resources and information in my stories but let it be known where I stand. My practice, my work, my name will reflect my values against Islamophobia, anti-Semitism, and Zionism in support of work as an anti-opression oriented therapist and person.

"To be absolutely clear I stand with a Free Palestine and condemn gen0cide and the occupation of all oppressed people. As a therapist I do not operate removed from my political stance especially as it relates to systemic and interpersonal experiences of oppression and violence. Divesting from these systems is an integral part of individual, community, and societal healing. I learn from community and encourage all to center the voices of those directly impacted by oppression, racism, q***rphobia, ableism, systemic silencing and all forms of violence.

It is very much my belief that therapy is not a-political and inherently operating from such a stance [silence] is politicized in of itself."
