We had the pleasure of presenting at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s 118th annual National Conference in May. Christensen shared his knowledge of workplace culture and Internationalthrough two breakout sessions speaking to more than 120 Boys & Girls Clubs of America professionals. The title of the session was "Emergenetics: How Our Thinking and Behavioral Preferences Influence Workplace Culture."

During this session, he discussed the importance of team building and how ongoing efforts contribute to a strong and positive workplace culture and continuous learning and improvement. He also described how the Emergenetics profile empowers individuals and teams to improve engagement, communication, and productivity.

Christensen's key takeaway from this experience was “This was yet another example of how much this type of leadership and team development is needed in our work world. We need more of this type of social-emotional learning in the workplace."
