This week, robotics student Ken Pillonel shared a video explaining how he modded the iPhone X with a functional USB-C port instead of the usual Lightning. The USB-C port works for iPhone charging and data transfer.
After the success of the idea and talked about by many technical sites around the world, he put the device up for auction on eBay, and the offer made to him exceeded 100,000 dollars. The device has been described as "the world's first USB-C iPhone" 👀
