✨Celebrating this portfolio addition as the week comes to an end!

Earlier this year, I represented the owner of the Park 17 development, who was ready to fill the last two street-level retail suites.

The Class-A project, constructed in 2020, features 190 luxury apartments and five retail suites totaling 13,397 square feet at the intersection of Park and 17th Avenue in Denver's Uptown neighborhood.

These two endcaps, Units 1210 and 1290, are prime restaurant spaces ready for exciting new concepts to bring energy and activity to the street.
