This Women’s History Month, we’re shining a massive light on —our Bar Manager, Prep Lead, and an all-around incredible leader here at Lady Jane. ✨

If you’ve grabbed a drink with us, you probably already know her. She’s behind the bar working service almost every night, bringing an unmatched, contagious happy energy to the room. But her impact goes far beyond the shift.

Our cocktail program is a deeply collaborative effort. The whole team dreams up their wild concepts, but it’s Tammy who helps figure out the science to actually bring those ideas to life in the prep room. We have a deep commitment to education here, which is why our entire staff rotates through prep shifts. We want every bartender to intimately understand the why behind the ingredients they pour. Tammy leads that charge. She guides the team through those rotations, teaching the techniques, the patience, and the precision required to build a world-class drink from the ground up.

It takes a village to build a great bar, and we couldn't ask for a better person to help lead ours. Come raise a glass to Tammy tonight! 🥂
