Our newest weekend special layers local heirloom tomatoes, eggplant prepared two ways—baked and fried—and a rich béchamel between every layer. Finished with smoked scamorza, Grana Padano, fresh basil, and a creamy stracciatella filling folded with roasted eggplant.

Comforting, rustic, and packed with summer flavor. While the dish contains chicken stock and isn’t fully vegetarian, it’s a beautiful celebration of the season.
